Welcome
Hello and thank you for reading today’s podcast. My name is Tom, I am the host and creator of The Social Seed.
Every week I will read a piece of literature I feel will inspire your mind, feed your soul and elevate your life!
This is a poem I was inspired to create after I started reading The 5 AM Club. I call it “The Legend”.
“Be the Bee buzzing around, pollinating people with knowledge abound, creating fruit for all to feed, curing the world with a social seed.”
This has become my mantra. To inspire individuals with weekly words of wisdom for a more happy and productive life. More importantly -a better world!
Current Events

I was anchored in the Calivigny Cut, Woburn Bay in Grenada. My family and I frequented La Phare Bleu Marina for a few months during hurricane season. We have since left and made our way over to St. George’s. We stayed there a couple of days and reprovisioned. Then we sailed to Ronde Island. We were their for only one night before sailing again to Carriacou. After a few windy days and my birthday, we checked out of Greneda and sailed on to Union Island, St. Vincent & the Grenedines. Enough about me let’s move on!
Let’s listen to today’s Words of Wisdom to see if it is the seed that will grow inside of you and inspire -your life!
Words Of Wisdom
Today’s literature was written by Robin Sharma from the book The 5AM Club. He wrote:
“Be grateful for every moment. Don’t be timid when it comes to your ambitions. Stop wasting time on insanely trivial things. And make it a priority to reclaim the creativity, fire and potential that is dormant within you. It’s so important to do so. Why do you think Plato encouraged us to ‘know thyself’? He understood intimately that we have vast reservoirs of ability that absolutely must be accessed and then applied in order for us to lead energetic, joyful, peaceful and meaningful lives. To neglect this hidden force inside of us is to create a breeding ground for the pain of potential unused, the frustration of fearlessness unembraced and the lethargy of mastery unexplored.”
Find Your Inspiration
I want to thank you for reading today’s podcast. I encourage you to find your inspiration in life and -be the best you!
I want to also thank Robin Sharma for his writing and the inspiration for this week.

Please feel free to write me and let me know how I make you feel. If you have a favorite inspirational literature or quote you would like me to read. Or maybe how this podcast has changed your life! My wife came up with a brilliant idea. For you to write the literature down in a journal and how it makes you feel.
